Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
